Hi !
throughout the autmn while I did my (first cycle ever)10 week cycle of test enathe and dbol I've gained 35 lbs with 5% bf gain by following the "growth principles for beginners" by Big A.
Now about 8 weeks later I've lost about 5 lbs since I ended that cycle. I feel a little puffy and would like to reduce my bf from about 16% to something like 10-8%.
I'm planning to do a simple cycle to retain muscle consisting of something like
week 1-10 : prop 150mg eod
week 6-10 : winny 50 mg eod
and clen and eca cycles
But my main concern is how should I modify my training? What kind of workouts would be nice to do these ten weeks, keeping in mind that I followed Big A's modified HIT plan the whole autmn..?!
I tryed doing some regular volume workouts last week, and it felt quite like crap. In the middle of the workouts I would feel totaly exhausted and my strength decreased unnormaly much from set to set of each excersice.
Also what do you think about following diet plans while cutting? Is it neccesary or is just as good to just keep protein high and tune in carbs ?
