So my girl joined the gym in order to start working out with me.
She is very thin but no muscle. Her goal is just to harden up a bit.
She has worked out with weights before.
I have never worked out with a female and don't know what kind of workout routine is best for her.
I do weights EOD. This is my routine.

Ez-Bar Curl
