Need help with female workout partner

So my girl joined the gym in order to start working out with me.
She is very thin but no muscle. Her goal is just to harden up a bit.
She has worked out with weights before.
I have never worked out with a female and don't know what kind of workout routine is best for her.

I do weights EOD. This is my routine.

Biceps, Back

Ez-Bar Curl
Machine Preacher Curls
Standing Bicep Cable Curl
Standing One-Arm Cable Curl
Overhead Cable Curl
Chin Ups
Hyperextensions
Stiff-Legged Barbell Deadlift
T-Bar Row
Seated Cable Rows
Lat Pulldown

Legs

Full Squat
Hack Squat
Leg Extensions
Lying Leg Curls
Seated Calf Raise
One-Legged Cable Kickback

Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Bench Press
Dumbbell Bench Press
Decline Bench Press
Upright Barbell Row
Triceps Pushdown
Butterfly
Dips
Cable Crossover
Bent Over Low-Pulley Side Lateral
Cable Rope Overhead Tricep Extension
Dumbbell Shrug

I don't think it's best that she follows what I do but not sure what to tell her to do. Any advice?

The biggest problem with your typical trainer at local gyms is that they want to give women a "toning" routine. There just is no such thing. Women should train just like men do. I would suggest training her just like you train. Only think more in line of a beginner vs. female. If one of your buddies wanted to workout and he's never worked out, how would you get him started?

Also don't train her so hard that she's too sore to move the next couple of days. Easy her into it, so she feels good and wants to come back. Let her know she will be sore, but it gets better.
