Here is the diet I will be starting this Monday to beat
my insulin resistance. I did try to beat this thing before
but got kicked in the nuts when I found out my wife cheated
on me.
I need your expert feedback so I can get healthy.
30 minutes on the treadmill
Breakfast:
four egg whites mixed with one packet of grits and one
slice of smart beat cheese.
Snack:
Whey protein shake
Lunch:
One chicken breast with one cup brown rice
Snack:
Whey protein shake
Lift
Dinner:
Chicken breast with a salad
Snack:
1/4 cup almonds
30 minutes on treadmill
Let me know what you think. I really want to beat this and
finally have my head on straight.
