My wife is getting ready for her first figure show. She is two weeks into it so far has lost 5 pounds. Her hieght is 5'2 current wieght is 135. this is what her meals look like 1st meal:half cup of oatmeal, one scoop of protein powder or 7 egg whites 2nd meal: one scoop protein shake with 1 small actevia yogurt 3rd meal: 4oz. Tilapia or chicken 4oz. sweet potato 4th meal:4oz. Tilapia or chicken 2 cups greens 3oz. Avocado 5th meal: 4oz. Tilapia or chicken or lean red meat 2 cups fresh spinach 1oz. Walnuts 6th meal: 6oz. Cottage cheese or protein pudding with tablespoon almond butter (optional)she has a great weight training program and does boot camp class 3 times a week her weight lose is starting to slow down any adjustments with meals would be great. She has plenty of muscle need to drop bout 20 more pounds also she uses a scale to messure all her meals thank you
