need some recovery advice from you guys....
I just recently had rotator cuff surgery on my throwing arm.......the bicep was also torn where it meets my shoulder, so that was repaired also......my question is -- would a small amount of aas be good for me to cycle right now to help speed up recovery? I can't do any lifting at all for awhile, but I was wondering if I would still benefit from aas in the recovery phase???
If I would benefit then what aas would you recommend??
I have quite a few cycles under my belt and I am in my 30's....just to put any of those questions to rest......thanks for any help.....peace and stay safe all.....ss.
