now I'm in precontest phase,3 weeks out and i'm ON cycle for 17 weeks...after my competition i'll take time off from training, gear and do my pct...i'll begin lifting right after my pct,but when would be the best time to begin real offseason eating? when to add 'super supplements'? thanks!
