Wed went in for blood test this past Wed. I do this every 3 -4 months..My last test were done on July 2nd at a weight of 255 lbs here is the results from that test. Prior to this test I ate whatever I wanted including 4 reg eggs per day
CHOLESTEROL 170 <200 mg/dL
TRIGLYCERIDE 183 <150 mg/dL
HDL 36 >/=40 mg/dL
LDL CALCULATED 97 <100 mg/dL
CHOLESTEROL/HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN 4.7 <5.0
Since my last test I have been cutting in weight..I'm down to 224 lbs.
My diet consist of (meal 1) 4 omega 3 eggs, 5 oz round steak w / all fat removed and 1/2 c dry oats cooked. (Meal 2) boneless brest chicken, green beans and fruits. (Meal 3) Round steak, salad with vinegar and evoo). (Meal 4) Chicken and green beans, fish oil caps..(Meal 5) if hungry same as meal 4.
I just went online and grabbed the lipid results from this past Wed.

TRIGLYCERIDE 197 <150 mg/dL
HDL 46 >/=40 mg/dL
LDL CALCULATED 218 <100 mg/dL
CHOLESTEROL/HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN 6.6 <5.0
I don't get it..I'm eating better, lost around 30 lbs and my results are way out of whack.
