I am 23 years old 6"4" a lean 230. I have been at this time for about three years. I did a cycle of sust three or four months ago and got some ok results. I am looking for something for something with a little more pep. I thought about test 400 and eq and d-bol and i didn't know if that would be good or not.Just looking to beef up for the winter.
I have been on a pretty strict diet since i have been off. brown rice and chicken, london broil and yams, lots of eggs, lots of green veggies. i eat pretty clean. I don't drink at all. I would like to put on at least ten or so that will hopefully stay with me. i gained about 17 last time and retained about seven of it. strength would be nice also. i am open to anything. i am here to learn.
