Need some veterans input on some goals I have
I have been training naturally since I was 19 and have went from a bodyweight of 140 with no abs probably 15% or so bodyfat at 5'7" to a bodyweight of 180 at around 10% bodyfat (I have been 193 with just intercostals showing which was to much fat for my liking) and this was done naturally and I will be turning 30 in March... my goal is to be 200 in contest shape by the age of 35, is this achievable in 5 years or can it be done sooner, will super supps have to be used etc? Thanks guys!
