grab a ball
ahhhh ah!!!!!!!!! so it is one!
Did you catch our little city on ESPN's Titletown USA this morning?? It was pretty cool.
LMAO, I wondered if that was the one they were talking about. $$$$$ tell me about it! I am sure an ab lounger is next
You hook your feet in, sit up grab a ball (now that is a funny statement), sit back .... shoot (where I would have most trouble) and then sit back up to grab another (god that still sounds funny!). At first I thought it was some type of Roman Pleasure Chair!
I missed the whole episode, but saw the clip you posted.
Gee, there is a lot of Red and White on there. RIGGGGGGID!
OK, Hottsauce don't laugh, but we have one at our gym too, and if done correctly with the heavier balls, it actually works. (i tried it) but truthfully, decline crunches with weight works better, and that is what I do. So, you are right, it isn't worth the money. Just my .02

HAHAHAHAHA couldn't agree more, I always laugh when I see all these guys doing oblique crunches and endless variationd of situps. I do ask them what they are doing them for and they say to get a six pack. I ask them if they want a bigger waistline to go with that? They get all squirmy and shit when I tell them the key to a six pack is eating, not sit ups and such.SIT UPS FOR WHAT, BIGGER OBLIQUES AND HIP FLEXORS? NEVER DO SIT UPS.......EVER...............UNLESS YOU ARE NOT COMPETING IN BODYBUILDING THEN GO FOR IT.
