I read an article on him this past weekend. It was a question and answer. He seems to have his head on straight, and also seems to be humble.

Also a Yates prodigy at one time, a few years back he was training at temple with Yates, i think that he was training with some one else in route to the British Championships.........BIGTIME BEAST!!!!

yeah i noticed both. I think he looks great, but do judges dock you for points of you have gyno or acne??

all i can tell ya is that you wont find a nicer guy.. i talked to zack a number of times regarding a hernia surgery he had and he was a bit anxious as too when he could resume full out training.. i told him my story about my hernia and we continued to talk a bit a few times after.. very down to earth and a great sense of humor.. i am happy for him..
