new cycle after pct

hey guys how long should i wait after my pct is complete before i start my new cycle.also what should i take during my cycle for gyno.what i mean by this is if i start to feel gyno starting while doing my new cycle whats the best thing to take.i get gyno pain in some cycles and sometimes i dont get it .thab\ks in advance.you guys always give me gret advice

after PCT take as many wks OFF as you were ON cycle. Arimidex or Letrozole look like best options to take through whole cycle..

you shouldn't stop your cycle , that's why you got to do your blood test every 6 weeks , while you cycle, and if everything all right just go on instead of stoping , doing pct, and starting a new one. You will also find good info on anti estrogen on the search engine.
