Shelby, first off I enjoyed the book very much. It definitely puts a lot of confusion to rest with regards to low carb dieting. I especially appreciated how you addressed the topic of actually being in ketosis versus just being on a low carb diet with stable blood sugar. I just have two questions
1) Do you think once fatloss stagnates it is better to cycle in days of protein only (Dave P had me do this but it seemed a little extreme at times and potentially catabolic) or just reduce calories across the board? Do you think in order to really get into show condition with glutes in, hamstrings separated, etc it is necessary to go to protein only days?
2) Do you prefer more lean meats with added fats or fattier meats? (salmon versus tuna steaks and walnuts)
