hey. new here, just posting some pics and saying hi.. looks like a good site. here are some pics from other day.. 220 lbs.. 5'10.. was 300lbs about 8 months ago then decided to get my fat ass back in shape.. think i have a bit of gyno and definatley some loose skin that needs tightening... anyway here ya go.

Thats quite something, down from 300lb. You put in lots of hard work there. Would of been something to see a before and after..

just keep being consistant, and youll be in your best shape ever. honestly if you put your mind and effort into it you will get there fast. just keep your head up and keep pluggin away at the diet and training.

here are 2 before pics. i think i was 290 in these. .got a bit fatter then got my ass in gear. still going strong on diet.. i was in good shape before, then got very lazy....took a while to see the light and get into the right mindset. dropping roughly 2lbs everyweek..

not looking for a pat on the back, just took me a while to realize the sacrifices needed to meet the goals and stop being a big baby and do it.. walk the walk instead of talk the talk i guess.. also figured if post on board might as well let people know what i look like.. not hide behind a computer screen..

and hey if i was posting 8 months ago i would say i'm 5'10 300lbs lol.. wonder how many would have believed i was jacked or a fatty.

very impressive, if you don’t mind me asking just what kind of schedule did you have to go to drop it and keep it off month after month. i know you must have made some serious changes in your diet and activity level what’s up man by the way welcome to the board. lot of good people and info on here no doubt

first 4 months i just cleaned up diet, no cardio, but got back into the gym training, kept upping intensity as i was definately out of condition.. got dwon to about 265 by jan 1.. then that's when i started getting serious.

first 8 weeks no cheat days.. didn't get concerned with carb timing and anything complicated, just high protien roughly 250g, 150g carbs spread out over first 4 meals.. last 2 meals just protien and green veggies.. 10g omega 3's/day and multivitamin.. also cardio 5 times/week..

then dropped carbs down a bit, upped protein and upped fat.. healthy fats, olive oil etc... cardio a bit more interval training..

now take a weekly cheat day and every week still 2lbs less than previous so i guess they are working for now..

all food always weighed to the gram, cook and pack it the night before..i'm self employed so always on the go, this was KEY for me.. preparation makes it a joke to stick to diet.
