Just found this board... Im mostly, on Mayhem and Ripped Mass.

This seems like a really cool board ,see lots of members from Mayhem and Ripped Mass...

I hope I can learn from all the great people on this board...Big A, BigKiwi, Wyldeone ,ect, and ect...Lots of smart people on this board...

This is a great board, with some very smart people...

Im looking forward to learning alot, and hopfully helping people to...

Right now, I have no plans on which show im going to compete in, this year (right now) im just focusing on bringing up my back and chest thickness. Im holding at 275 right now, and have been as heavy as 285 a month ago...

If you guys think I need any thing else that could come up, please let me know...Im hoping to compete on the national level soon...

COuple things you might consider bringing up.

Chest could use some more mass during the front double Bi.

Abs could use some heavy work to bring out separation

I little more rectus femoris mass (middle quad) would make your legs look better from the front. Try doing knee extensions while pulling up with your legs (thighs won't actually come off the bench, but try). Also, leg lifts with weight during ab days, as well as weighted crunches on a decline bench, holding your entire torso off the bench with force your hip flexors (rectus included) to get some work.

The only thing that i could notice was a bit behind everything else is your upper back. In hte back double bicep pose, your legs, glutes, calves, shoulders, biceps, and triceps look damn good...but i noticed your back was a bit behind the other parts.

Hey, I am not pro, and it could have been a couple bad angles...just trying to help out.

Your 270lb pics show are freaky :)

Thanks guys for the honestly...I know my back is weak, and it is one area that I have really focused on this year... My chest is also something that needs work on to and I have been hitting that very hard also...

and Randy...yeah, my abs are a weak point also and need some heavy ab work to bring them out...
