hey everyone.....wow thanks Phil for the good words.....I got a few pics i can post some where round here, hmmmm....Ok here is one from a show in November, i was a lightweight here (never again!!!!) i weighed 150......

and here is a new and improved me under all the fat and water..lol.....these are from 1st week in February.....i weighed about 180 here, currently i am 193 so these arent quite up to date....ill take mopre soon though....

one more, my back lat spread, i still need more thickness here, but it is a great improvement from a year ago....i didnt even have a back lat spread then...and it probably cost me a couple of places....

Thanks mikeman....for that show i actually didnt even diet, I had done a show in july that i dieted hard for and was really ripped so i just cruised off of that into the november show, i tried to come in bigger but i sacrificed some conditioning.....
Ya thats what i am tryin to do now is just add size....I am moving up to middleweight for my show in November....so i wanna be up to 205 by July....I am gonna take some pics probably this weekend with some legs in them and then you guys can give me some feedback....
