I'm 21, been training for almost 2 years now, and am about 155lbs right now.
After a pretty unsucessful 2nd year (my weight went down by 5 lbs) I would like to get serious with my diet again. I have been doing only compound exercises on a very minimized routine and will probably continue to do so due to time constraints.
What do you think of my pics and where are some areas I am lacking? I now plan on slowly bulking from now until the end of summer.
I have a lot of respect for the people here that all have such great dedication to bodybuilding and will appreciate all serious advice. Thanks.
