Big - thanks for the comment on my legs. I have crushed them for over 20 years straight now. I assume you heard about my brush with death and the loss of my large intestine. I have worked my way back though. I cant do any ab work yet thanks to the surgeries, but I am back to 250+ and I did squat 500 for a good solid 12 last week, while sucking in my stomach during the decent..which is hard..we'll see about the comeback - we'll see very soon!!!!!

hey John! It's been a while. I judged alot of the Nationals in the 80's and 90's and met you at the 99 or 98 (can't remember ) Nationals.....REALLY glad to see you on here, buddy as I have decided to compete instead of judging.......I hope it is not a mistake LOL

I got another Bernese Mountain Dog about a year ago..my last one died from cancer right before I got sick. He is awesome - his name is Atlas!

Mike - ah yea I did do the 98 nationals..ugh...thought I would try Albumin for it. Man was that stupid..all that water came out from the muscle at the worst possible time. That's why I dn't even like carb loading anymore..the water will always come back, and you don't know when. Best to just get shredded, and don't do anything out of the ordinary. I did move up to heavy and get 4th at the USA the next year, so I redeemed myself..lol...! I'll look for a PM.
