Hello I am Pratt I am 200 pounds 6 feet tall I mainly focused on calisthenics nutrition and powerlifting movements I want to get shredded and lean with muscles like calisthenics athlete that is my goal. I used to be 290 pounds during COVID trained up until now made drastic improvements on body composition, I started taking 500 mg of test e about 2 weeks ago along with anavar and Winstrol sporadically thrown in on training days. Looking for a place to talk about gear with people who also use it as I’m new to it.

People just don’t understand the diet aspect.

If people would just eat 3 regular meals a day and 2 protein shakes a day with their same workout for 2 weeks they would be amazed..it doesn’t have to be some damn pros diet and lifestyle..

taking anavar and winstrol sporadically is a waste of gear. do better research next time. they don't have acute strength benefits. use one or the other for 4-6 weeks as a finisher for your test cycle. 50mg/day, done.
