Hi all. Thanks to the mods at being patient as I’m learning and navigating this forum.

I’m 56 and started TRT when I was 40 with a Dr. I have transitioned at doing TRT on my own with some blasting here and there. I have had many injuries and surgery’s from the job and life. My goal is to maintain and retire as healthy as I can. Looking forward to learning from everyone

I am 58 and been cycling on my own since 18 (although not a bodybuilding doses as I was always wanting to stay "functional" for sports and athletics). Started TRT formally via RX a year ago, and blast on top of baseline when I can and in between blood draws so as to not upset my Dr. with out of range reports. Not even close to as smart as many of the other members, but happy to exchange, share experiences, etc.
