man, i really need to ditch these love handles

Your still very lean for a strong man competition. For me, the last thing to go is the love handles. How, did you do in your competition?

I took 2nd in that one, but I sprained my achilles the week b4 and couldnt run with the farmers, I had to limp. I also had a "tacky problem" on the stones because it was so hot. my tack melted and the stone wouldnt stick to me, by the time I got it all off I only managed 1 rep. i won all the events that didnt really require a foot lol.

You look pretty damn lean to me, I agree with Pesty, the love handles are also the last to go on me. But every other bodypart looks pretty lean and full.
