raj after accident i was for a three month off the gym so i was down to 260 and fat,so i am back to the the gym again and i feel a bit better but my problem not going to go away for a quit some time or never untill i will let them cut me.
so i said fu.. that and go back to the gym
the sad part is JBK kicking my ass on the weights lmao man he is stron and getting big as well so i am scared sit by him.
but other then that i am GREAT.
How about you?anything good anything new?
