Ok LMR in simple meathead terms can you please describe how to use MGF

When I say simple terms I mean 4-5bullet points of about one sentence each more words than that makes head hurt

Also do I need to be using IGF or hgh as well or will it work with slin+test?

Are you supposed to spray in it your nose, or take orally? Have you tried it yet? How soon do you see its effects?

this is the injectable IGF, we have both oral and injectable now. some members dont take to the oral they dont believe in it so we want to offer the hard liners the injectable again. honestly they both work the same.

I was talking about the oxymist, not igf. Its oxytocin.
