I'm ready to order my first cycle, but I'm confused by so many brands and types of cycles and analbolics, I just don't know what to do. I'm 6ft, 189 lbs. and gaining. I've been lifting 5 x's a week for about 3 1/2 months now and want better results. My workouts are real intense and very eager to step up to plate to try any suggestions anyone offers. Please someone give me some help on what cylce would be best for me my first time, thanks!!
(p.s.) I already have a supplier I'm gonna buy from, LOL!!
 
With focused training, diet, rest, and of course appropriate use of the
anal-bolics, you can have a giant asshole in no time. You can do it.

1. 6ft, 189lbs. What's your BF%?

2. 5x's a week is A LOT of training. I tried doing that for 3 months and got very lean, but didn't gain much muscle. Eventually everything stopped and I went to a 3x a week schedule for about 4 months. Now I'm getting ready to start a 4x a week, 2on, 1off, 2on, 2off

3. You really haven't been lifting that long. Try changing your workout before thinking about AAS. 3.5 months is nothing, go another 3.5 months with a revised plan and diet and see where you are. Diet really is key.

If this is the case, then you are not ready. You need to do more research
on the chemicals you are considering putting into your body.

At 5 times a week, you are overtraining. If you've only been training for 3 1/2 months then you haven't been training long enough to see the benefits you are wanting from AAS.

My advice: get your training better organized, get more rest, and focus more on your diet.


Give that AT LEAST a year before you try AAS. You see a FAR bigger difference if you do.
