Hey, I just joined this forum. From what I've read thus far, it's pretty informative, and I look forward to sharing and learning everything about training.
I just turned 31 and have been lifting weights since high school where I trained primarily for football. After high school, I continued to lift through college. Back in 2001, I decided to take up bodybuilding training. Up to that point, my nutrition was inadequate (i.e., too much junk food). So I cleaned my nutrition and instituted various training techniques. Six years ago, I weighed 180 lbs. Today, I weigh in at 220 lbs. My height is 5'9".
I recently found out that I have a bulging and possibly herniated disk below my L5. So I'm having to modify my training to recover from this injury.
