Hey everyone, new to this forum. A buddy from the gym said I should check it out hes great bodybuilder.

A little about me, 21 years old. 5'10, 224lbs, 10% bf. I love nutrition, supplements, and bodybuilding. I haven't stepped on stage yet, I don't feel ready for any NPC's yet either(mental thing i guess). I am currently in college studying nutrition and kinesiology.

Some of my goals are reaching 250lbs by the next winter but being extremely lean around 6-9%bf. Very hard goal, hence why I'm on here to gain advice and learn some knowledge. I know a decent amount from experience and from a mentor of mine throughout the past 3 years and will try my best to help anyone if I can.
