I have been working out steadily for the past 5 years now. I am wanting to get into bodybuilding. I have done some short cycles in the past. I am currently 215lbs, 13%bf and 6'1.
Just moved to Dallas, TX and looking for a good gym/trainer. How does one get into the world of BB?
I have a very clean diet and I am currenlty taking a multi-vitamin daily, superpump before work out and size-on/soy protein (due to my lactose inteollerance) after workouts. I am currently drinking 120oz+ of water a day; 2500-3000cal/day; 200-300g of protein a day. Where do I go from here?
