nitro tech bar question.

well i went to the supplemetn strore today and they had nitro tech bars for .99 cents because they are getting rid of certain ones. so i bought 2 boxes. anyways i have been trying to keep my carbs relatively low. these bars have 31 grams of carbs, 2 from sugar and 2 from dietary fiber. what the hell kind of carbs are the other carbs, probably high GI carbs, right? atleast they have 35g of protein.

It's probably from Glycerin (I'm surprised they accounted for it!), which has a very "low" GI.
