it will be a sad day if phil doesnt try and do at least one pro show before he retires. i would like to see him stand next to titus on stage. i will give titus credit he has done a great job .he has made the most of his genetics. i think his waist is what keeps him from the top. i think they should call it insulin belly not gh or roid belly. the slin did wonders for titus .

Hey Mike the expo at the NOC is pretty cool although I imagine the Arnold Classic is better. I have been to the NOC twice and went to the 98 Olympia in NYC and loved it. I actually hung around the hotel after the banquet got out and Coleman hung out with me and talked for about an hour, I got some great pics although I can't believe I didn't take more.What a great time though. I hope to get to the Arnold next year, and would love to meet you and some of the other bros there.

Hell Id like to get to the NOC next year, its only 4hr. The Arnold, which Id never miss, is 7hr.
