Nolva to combat small lump on breast tissue?

I was misguidedly injecting 100mg of sustanon every week, now I'm doing daily injections yet I have a small lump under my left breast from the peaks I was in during my once a week injection.

What can i use to get rid of this small lump? Will nolva work for this and what protocal?
