Nolvadex or arimidex for high estradiol?

depending on how toxic we think ai's really are, i have trialed ED test shots and it brought my estro down significantly just changing frequency and didnt need an ai

On that note, i know the victor black model and lower dose models say to go as much test as possible without the need for an ai. In those models that means they push typically primo or mast up into the 800-1000 per week range with test capped at 300-400 for most people. My question is, is pushing up those into the 800-1000 range with other drugs really that much safer than just using an 1mg adex a week and having test higher?

I talk about it all the time but people are enchanted ... I believe that the use of 800-1000 mg and more of dht in the long term has a much worse effect on the body than a reasonable dose of IA

Aromatase inhibitors are used from women with certain types of breast cancer up to 5 years straight (and sometimes 10) at full daily dose. There are plenty of studies about. They are not "light" drugs but neither as toxic to be scared of like some people are. Going low test/high DHTs or other non aromatizable androgens (like tren) is not safer then running higher test with the right dosage of an AI. Some people tolerate better high test/estrogens, others (like myself) don't agree with high test and have problems dialing the right AI dosage.
To each his own. No approach is safer than the other in the long term. So pick up your poison, do regular bloods and checks and give regularly breaks to your body (real cruise/TRT or totally off times).
But yes, i agree, sometimes AIs are unfairly demonized and people are scared as fuck from taking half a tab of letrozole but not from running 1 gr of tren.
