My question is "if I take 10 mg nolvadex is nolva kill the good effects on my jintropin??

No, thats not enough nolva to significanly lower ifg levels. You can always substitute nolva with aromasin. It actually raises IGF levels and you would only need 12.5mg EOD to equal what 10mg nolva ED does.
