Which increases Testicular Size more, HCG or Clomid/Nolvadex?

Been cycling for about 8 years now, have run HCG maybe twice. Once for a couple of weeks before a very successful Pre-PCT cycle and the other time I ran it for about a year while on cycle.

When I ran it for PCT, my balls were definitely bigger at the end of PCT. In fact, they were larger than they had ever been in my life, actually slightly larger than when I was 20 years old and natural. But I attribute this to the Clomid and Nolvadex I took, because the second time I tried HCG a few years later......

....I noticed zero change in testicle size after taking about 10,000 iu of HCG weekly for about a year (while on a long cycle of 500MG Test)

Anyone else think that Clomid/Nolva actually makes your boys larger while HCG doesnt?

taking them on cycle are not going to make them larger. I'd wonder about the quality of your HCG if it "didn't work". Using hcg is still an "artificial" stimulus, but unless there is another issue it 100% will make your testicles "work". It almost can't not do that. I'd try a different source honestly.

I think the major question is are you looking for fertility or do you just want to increase testicle size? If it's testicle size I'd take the HCG you need to plump them up and then just keep it at a maintenance dose long-term. Once they are normal size you can usually go very low dose to keep size. If you are looking fertility, it obviously can get more involved.

I have used a lot of hcg, (and clomid / enclomiphene), and it doesn't do much for my nuts, no real growth happening. They never have been huge, but since got noticeably smaller being on gear. Given the side effects I get from hcg and clomid, the little bit of nutsize I get from using it is just not worth it.

So far, no one has complained about my nuts not being big enough when we are in bed, so I'm not concerned

If you can afford it, HMG is superior choice compared to HCG in my opinion

Ime hcg..seem to get a bit too estrogen sides from it but dose dependent...250 twice a week is enough. When did 1,000 mgs 2xs weekly ,first time okay...second time no.

Prefer sodium daa, 3 g's daily and testes come back fast...this is on trt , after a cycle.

Tested daa twice and did raise natural test 100 points, back when natty. Second time after being in two years, testosterone tested out at 14 after being in sodium daa six weeks ..

That said coming off cycle on low dose or trt, tested come back swift. It's a fertility drug in Italy....

It effects same receptors as ketamine so would not mix the two...

DAA def does something, but it will elevate prolactin some. P5P and tribulis or maca can help counter that.

Just curious, what would you say would be a good starting protocol for HCG for testicle size? 500mcg 3x a week for 4 weeks? Then, 250mcg 2 x a week to maintain?

I think there are two different mechanisms at play here, HCG works as a LH mimicker and stimulates Leydig cells. It doesn´t stimulate or mimic FSH and Sertoli cells which are even more important for size perspective. I think for most HCG is enough but as someone mentioned HMG is a good option (LH + FSH) or a combination of HCG and Tamoxifen/Clomid which increases FSH. Something along the lines of 1 000 iu HCG per week and 10 mg tamoxifen per day.
