Oh Yeah! thats my home turf.... i got to represent!

i think there is already 4-5 girls competing in this one, ive never been to another one, so i have no idea how many females usually compete.

You should roll down and take the east coast!

lol me and you both bro, thats the only event holding me back (that and all other overhead press events) ...... i freakin hate that thing! Im finally getting my form down and keeping my elbows up, so we'll see. been doing a lot of neutral grip DB shoulder press for accessory work. seems to be helping.

yea if it wasnt for that damn log, I'd be decent lol. All my other lifts are up to par, but my log is pitiful.
