Not on cycle and all of a sudden extreme nipple/gyno pain

I am taking 4 IU of a day of yellow tops, but I finished a T/EQ 12 week run like 4 month ago...I"ve even been done with my 40/20/20/20 nolva PCT for almost 2 months now and never had any discomfort...since last night and today my left nip is bugging me extremely bad as if I'm on T and like a50 and not taking an anti E....Im tempted to go to the DR to be sure the gyno I already have hasnt like turned cancerous or something..I took 40 mg of nolva last night to help irritation and it didnt do much.....any suggestions? I'm worried! Thanks all

could be prolactin from the gh?, are you an experianced gh user?

from what i read sounds like the gh is binding to the prolactin receptor
