Nutritional Leverage II

I enjoy reading these, thanks shelby. They are very informative and your wise cracks are spot on. So I am beggining to notice that progress pics are always a good thing even if your not competing for reference purposes. Usually people who are around you all the time don't notice as much change as those that see you less often. And being as critical of all aspects of my body's progression I tend not to notice everything cuz i look in the mirror daily. But pics will show a timeline and a more dramatic improvement or even a regression.

Yep, once a week while dieting is good.. and every 2 to 3 weeks in the offseason.

Make sure you take them under the same conditions, i.e. always first thing in the morning, empty stomach, or whatever.
 
Man, and to think that a cheatmeal was well deserved after 8 continuous hours of clean eating....shit... I am gonna have to reconfigure my off season diet....HA HA. Great artical Shelby...some great humor..thanks for posting!
