A friend of ours who I helped lose a bunch of weight last year was telling me about this and asked if I ever used it. She's been using it as a "cheese seasoning" to help add flavor and protein.
We mixed 4 table spoon with a cup of fat free cottage cheese and a tablespoon of taco seasoning and it makes a spicy cheese sauce thats just protein. I ate it with raw broccoli and was pretty impressed , it would make a great low calorie snack , it's loaded with vitamin and mineral as well.
Might me a good option for those looking to add some flavor to veggies or something
