Training Early Morning 5:30am- Nutritional Approach

i train at 9pm at night thats when i have most of my energy i dont know how ppl train early in the morning i need food for fuel before i train!!

I backload a lot of my carbs. It works quite well for early morning training!
 
I train either fasted or after bullet proof coffee and never had an issue with gains.
 
Training in the early morning? What has the world come to? Morning time is for procrastinating, eating oatmeal, drinking coffee , and then pooping (in that order). My body would be so confused if I somehow got that sacred routine out of order.

I'm probably averse to it as I went to military school, or as my family called it, "Camp Bad Boy". The way we trained there began with garbage can lids rolling down the aisles of the barracks, shouting, and running to the freezing cold training field and brief "warm up", then exercise. My pre workout was agitated fear.
 
Some hydrolized rice and a fast absorption protein source like chicken or fish, if you do not have much time to make the meal use whey like protein source.
Keep the gatorade and eeas for intra workout
 
I've been using what I heard from Palumbo, 2 scoops of protein, 1 scoop waxy maize and 1 tbsp of fat (Mac oil). Also adding 6g citrulline. No stims the vast majority of the time.

Why fat before workout?

so why choose a source of carbohydrates that will trigger insulin and add fat to decrease it?

Lots of broscience in that question.

Fats slow the release of insulin and will help give a more sustained release throughout the workout.
