Nutritional Software ?

Looking for a little more then the average software. Looking specifically for some software where you would put in your carbs, proteins and fats in grams. And how many meals you want to break that up into. And it gives you some food suggestions based on the grams you put in and need.

Has anyone run across a good piece of nutritional software like this?

I would imagine it has to be out! They have books and they haave software. I'm sure one geek put the two together. LOL

I think if not mistaken, they give you the nitritional break of foods, BUT do not give suggestions based on carbs,proteins and fats you need.
(i could be wrong though but I'll look at it again)
