O/T Suggestions on webcam with microphone?

Just prior to my graduation from college, I recieved an offer that I accepted for a job. However I will be relocatin quite some distance from my girlfriend, of 6.5 years, and I am looking to get her a webcam with a built in microphone as part of her Christmas.

Do any of you have experience with any products?

As stated, Logitech is excellent. Creative is good as well, but I like Logitech better.
