Question if you dont mind... do you always train bench without going to full lockout? Is that to keep more pressure on the chest and not lighten the load at full lockout by incorporating your triceps as much? Again this is just a question and not a critique.
No worries brother. people always ask , how do i build my chest that big. Here we go:
I never lockout, you want the tension in your muscle chest and not in your elbow or other shoulders joins while performing bench press... Only way to keep chest tense at all times is without locking arms on the way up.
Remember this. working sets and warm up set, always do like 6 warm up sets, then go to working sets, do always pyramid sets and drop weight for last reps to do failure...
also, avoiding locking out , protest , triceps, shoulders, and chest from getting injured...
also, before workout specially chest and legs, those are big muscle, take a good load of vitamins c at least 3 hours before exercise, to protect muscle fiber from get damage - injured,
