well Dez my off season diet is about 4,600-6,000 cals... 350 protein and about 250-300 carbs..
6:30am Protein 60 grams and 1 1/2 cups Oatmeal
8:00am 8 egg whites 2 yoke.. peice of toast
9:00am 5 jars of baby food fruit.. and some prunes
10:00am train
11:30 protein shake and cel-tech mixed 60 gram protein and two scoops of cel-tech
12:00 10oz chicken large potato, mini carrots
2:00 large apple, rice-pudding (yumm) and some nuts + swig of flax seed oil
4:00 chicken, patato, mini carrots + milk
5:30 snack baby food, yogert
7:00pm Stake, patato, veg + milk
9:00 shake and cottage cheese
10:00 bed time
