has anyone ever tried a lower carb/high fat approach to offseason eating with refeed/carbup/shitload type weekends thrown in every 1-2 weeks
or maybe something like:
cals 500 over maintenance
training days 300carbs
off days 150 carbs
increase fats to hit your calorie needs
then 1-2 days a week 1g per lb protein; 30 fat; 600-900 carbs
