OJS Gets Leaner...

Everyone has to start somewhere. Here's my story in a couple of pictures. On the left is early last year. On the right is two hours ago.

If I don't chicken out, I have 9 weeks left to look better, ...a lot better!!! I have some serious work to do.

...I have to drill it in my head. There are no limitations except those I choose to live with.

Thanks. I'm looking at the IFBB North American first week of Sept. We'll see. There's a huge gap between looking good and contest ready.

Major set backs at this age are pretty common. I've had my share. And I've gotten ridiculously good at work-arounds. They're a normal part of life at this age. You just have to keep pushing or it all comes to a stop fast.
