First of all, I'm 6'1", 200 lbs, pretty low body fat, 54 years old. I would like to take this to the next level. Diet is good, but honestly could get better. I have done a few cycles with Tren, and also 1 with M-Drol. Put on some size, and want more ! My question is,,, what to use and at what dosages, thinking about test-E and Decca ? Is my age an issue ? Any help would be appreciated.
 
Randall good to have you here, please read the board rules as you are in violation. We are not doctors and cannot perscribe or set up cycles you must set up a cycle and you can ask how it is or to have it critiqued.

Randall, welcome to the forum! Like the previous post says, we can't set up cycles just critique them. At 54, a little test (bloodwork first) would probally benefit you and deca is great for joints. Also at 54 a little GH will benefit you(get tested to determine cancer cells first) That being said, everyone new says they have a good diet. I had a good diet about 2 years ago, but it wasn't a Body building diet. Now, I am growing again at 49, because I have a BB diet in place (this is most important). So, you need the training and diet program set up first and then think of the alternative. Size is all about diet, heavy training, consistancy, and then AAS.;)
