Wow, Lynx you looked amazing. I don't know who that monstrosity is standing next to you, but he's making you look tiny. Damn JT is taller than Gunther? I thought Gunther was like 6'2". JT is a little over 6' like me right? What is he standing on a phone book?

I am a little over 6'1 actually.

I was wearing boots that day. I wore them all day today and we moved the picnic table in the rain. I slipped and nearly fell on my ass!

Here is one from today. I am trying to gain weight and not get too fat. This is just stripping off after driving 5 hours. I saw these pics and told Meredith I'd better post some fat pics since Old Fella is willing to do so.

Here I am at 277. I've gained 3 lbs and stayed about the same at the same level of bodyfat. [I think so anyway!]

I am liable to request 'ADDITONAL UNHEALTHY' stuff if I am feeling like I am getting too ripped! This is a constant fear of mine.

I know this is a stupid time to be posting pics with everyone is such wicked shape right now getting ready for show and all! Oh, well, I am in this for me anyway. Thanks for the encouragement. If I can slowly put some muscle on ..now that I can train legs again...I'll be happy. My blood pressure is still way down so all is going pretty well.

I took some pics of Meredith right after that one I posted tonight. She's pissed, doesn't like the way she looks. She got kicked a few times at the branding.

I was magically absent from the ranch when all the work was being done! Imagine that! lol

But, hey, I am not all bruised up and SHE seems to have a few black and blue marks.

You know what? You have done more than 99% of fellas on here including me as far as BBing AND powerlifting is concerned. Yup, no one thinks back to when Jethro won power lifting contests. You're one of the best in the sport and I am very glad to have met you. Keep up the great work as it is inspiring to all of us.

WE ARE HAVING A GOOD TIME TRAINING. WE DID BICEPS TRAPS AND REAR DELTS YESTERDAY.

WE SET UP THREE STATIONS FOR BICEPS:

STRAIGHT BAR CURLS

ALTERNATE CURLS

REVERSE EZ BAR CURLS

1X20 ON EACH MOVEMENT AS A WARMUP..THEN 4SETS OF EACH. SORT OF A PUMP DAY...1O-12 REPS

THEN WE DID:

SHRUGS

LATERAL RAISES

REAR DELT RAISES....SAME PLAN...NOT MUCH REST.

BOTH DID SOME CARDIO IN THE LATER ON 10PM.

I LIKE TO DO SOME CARDIO. MY DAD HAD OPEN HEART SURGURY A FEW YEARS AGO AND HE RECENTLY HAD A STROKE. I ALSO LIKE TO DO CARDIOVASCULAR WORK BECAUSE I AM ABLE TO EAT A LOT AND NOT GET TOO SLOPPY.

RECENTLY I AM TRYING SOME IDEAS LATS SHARED WITH ME ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. [SUPPLEMENTS] I AM THINKING ITS GOING OKAY....GAINING SOLID WIEGHT INSTEAD OF A LOT OF FLUID THIS TIME.
