Whats up bros. These are three pics taken a month apart. I know I'm not near the level of most of you guys but I'm training hard and I'll get there one day. All your pics really help to motivate me. I'll post some pics of the wheels next week, these are all I've got now.

I've been running Nian test and tren. I'm going to up the test and throw in some winstrol in a couple weeks. I'm also taking 1mg of arimidex EOD. Any advice is welcome. I just don't take orals because of the liver toxicity. I'd rather stick to injectables.

I've been doing a push/pull split. Day 1 Chest/Tris, Day 2 Back and Bis, Day 3 Legs, Day 4 Shoulders, Day 5 is dedicated to detail training; forearms, abs, calves, etc... I also use the single hand ab wheels for core training. If you havent seen them, check them out. Diet, I eat clean and take in at least 200g of protein a day, no sugar, processed food, no bread, pasta, or high glycemic carbs. I'm disciplined, but not fanatical about my diet. I need to step it up though.

If you don't mind my asking, how long where you off the before shot?

December to January; just a tad bit leaner, over the
course of the year.

The biggest change, and for the better, is from January
to February. Nice.

I would have expected a bigger change considering what
your are taking, but then again, I don't know how long you
have been "on".

I would say a big part of him not actually getting BULK would be due to lack of carbs. VERY impressive though, Nice progress.

I really appreciate all the feedback, bros. I started out at 191. In the last pic I am down to 182 but my strength is through the roof. I went from benching 315 for 3-4 reps in Dec to 8-10 reps now. Weight on all my exercises has increased significantly. I started the test/tren dec 25th so that s why there is so much of a difference in the last month.

You are right about the carbs. I was disgusted with myself when I saw the first pic so I decided to focus on getting lean first then putting on more size. Now that I'm down to 8% bf, I'm going to increase my calories and have one more high carb, high protein shake a day.

I plan on actually switching it up and go with the Nian Sus and tren acetate and add in winstrol next week. I love the test/tren/win stack.

Any suggestions on how I should diet or train.

It wasnt over the course of a year, only three months. I started the cycle at the end of Dec 08, that accounts for the significant change.

Oh yeah, I had been off everything since June 08, so about 6 months.

Thanks for the positive feedback, it really keeps me motivated. I'll try to get some back shots as soon as I can.

As far as competing, getting on stage has never been a goal for me. I've been training submission wrestling and muay thai and would rather compete in a mma than in a bodybuilding show. Guess I'll have to pick an event not regulated by the NSAC or CSAC considering all the PED regulations! LOL
