ON Any Whey

Just wanted to say that I recently picked up a bottle of Optimum's Any Whey, which is a tastless protein powder which can be used for cooking, baking, etc. I definately recommend it if you are looking to boost some protein into your everyday items. It smells like vanilla, but is tasteless just like the bottle says. I have mixed it in water, Jell-o, hot chocolate, and a few other things and it is great. It doesn't dissolve though, which should be taken into consideration when using certain liquids. Otherwise, great product!

Sounds like an interesting product. But I believe their only downfall may be if the product as you does not mix well. Most folks who want a quick shake here and there are wanting a product they can shake up quickly. If it doesn't then it's of no real "quick" use. And so it may be left for cooking purposes only. Hope not. But that's what it sounds like. Unless you carry around with you a battery operated blender everywhere.

I use any whey....

This Product can be used in shakes but it's actually marketed to be used in Pancakes, Breads, Muffins, etc. Cookable is what it is. Use it sparingly also First time I took one scoop with 1/2 cup of Wheat pancake mix. It tasted like a Shit Patty.

Next time I used 1/2 scoop with 3/4 cup perfect.

It doesn't dissolve? Put it in a blender?

That's what I do with my ON casein powder that doesn't dissolve easily.
