i sprained my wrist pretty bad 7 weeks ago so i took 1 full week off from the gym then started a 13 week squatting program to keep me busy while the wrist gets better. im 6 weeks into the program now. ive gained over an inch on both legs. my 1rm before the program was 425lbs at 183# bodyweight. This vid is a fairly easy 455lbs from this mornings session. the goal is to hit 500lbs at the end of the program...and of course add more size to the quads.
