so it looks like I will have to take at least 3 different tabs- theres one with everything but the kitchen sink- but no trib and no amino's
there an amino with them all and there is trb alone

I could have sworn i saw one that had all of these??- will cont to researchthanks

the "kitchen sink" appraoch is not what you want actually. Too many interactions between certain element that render them useless. That being said i work with an orthomolecular nuerologist and i take what he recommends which is Orthomolecular Solutions Alpha Bases with iron.

I take Super Immune MultiVitamin by Super Nutrition. Very expensive stuff but I love the stuff. I haven't been sick in over 4 years, and I used to get sick (cold or flu) at least once a year.

I've heard good things about Orange Triad, but ya gotta take 6 pills spread out through the day.
as for Hernon's essentials, I am suprised Usana hasn't jumped him, that is their registered trademark name for their multi-vit/Min packs.

Phil, change the name and then post on your site what it has if you can.... If I had a choice, I'd have to go with Orange triad this time since I could see it's ingrediants.

Let me know either way, gotta order by Columbus day (HEY that rhymes!)
